I’m a Chattanooga-based real estate investor, entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of Chattanooga Property Solutions, where we help homeowners find the best solution for properties they’re considering selling.
I began investing in real estate in 2004 with a simple goal: to create additional income for my family. What started as a side venture eventually became a passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and finding creative solutions to problems.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to invest in hundreds of properties and build several real estate businesses spanning residential investing, rental properties, and brokerage services.
Through Chattanooga Property Solutions, my team and I work directly with homeowners to understand their situation and give them practical options. Sometimes that means we purchase the property directly. Other times, the better solution may be helping them prepare and sell the property on the traditional market. My goal has never been simply to buy houses—it’s to help people figure out the solution that makes the most sense for them.

I also oversee North River Properties, our portfolio of single-family rental homes, and am involved with Synergy Property Group, brokered by eXp Realty, helping buyers and sellers navigate the residential real estate market.
After more than two decades in real estate, I’ve learned that this business is ultimately about people. I believe in treating people fairly, doing what I say I’m going to do, and looking for solutions where everyone can walk away feeling good about the outcome.
Real estate has provided tremendous opportunities for me and my family, and I’m grateful for what I’ve been able to build. Today, I’m focused not only on growing businesses and investing wisely, but also on being a good steward of the opportunities, relationships, and resources God has entrusted to me.

We realized early on that not every homeowner needs the same solution. Some people want a simple cash sale and a quick closing. Others may benefit from making a few improvements and putting their home on the market. And sometimes a property or situation requires a more creative approach.

North River Properties LLC. is a single-family house leasing company in Chattanooga, TN.
Our motto when leasing a house is “to make our house your home”. We strive to provide clean, safe, and well-maintained houses. Every house is a memory maker, and we desire to do all we can to help our residents make our house a home full of wonderful, lasting memories.
Synergy Property Group is our residential real estate brokerage team, brokered by eXp Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Chattanooga area.
We created Synergy Property Group to provide a more personal and practical approach to traditional real estate. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a longtime family property, or looking for an investment, our goal is to help them make informed decisions and navigate the process with confidence.
What makes Synergy unique is the experience our team brings beyond the traditional real estate transaction. Because of our background in investing, renovations, rental properties, and working with hundreds of homes, we’re able to look at a property from multiple perspectives and help our clients understand their options.
Synergy also works closely with Chattanooga Property Solutions. When selling directly to us isn't the best financial option for a homeowner, we can help them explore selling on the open market instead.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: put the client's interests first, give straightforward advice, and help them make the real estate decision that works best for their situation.
